  Question Domino's management at Heath store. Seems understaffed for lunch hour to handle phone orders, deliveries, etc. Was told it would be 25-30 mins so expected a delay; the 15 min delay wouldn't have been frustrating if what was delivered was hot/warm or the order had been complete. The delivery person who was new sincerely seemed to care but apparently the manager didn't as I was unable to speak with them regarding my frustration.

  We had Domino's pizza last night and this will be the last time. I highly recommend Papa John's. Anyways I had not ordered Domino's in a while because of previous poor experiences like driver being way later and cheese being completely on one side of the pizza and not the other. Last night was a deal breaker though. I paid for a meal deal that included a 2 liter. The driver didn't bring my 2 liter and when I asked him about it,he insisted that I did not have one or pay for one and that I need to contact the store. I tried calling the store for an hour. When I couldn't get through, I tried Facebook. Someone did reach out to me right away but instead of making it right and refunding my money, he made excuses for the store having phones out and said I would be issued a store credit upon further investigation. I don't want a store credit, I am done. I was charged for something that I did not receive and the customer service was completely non existent. My pizzas had very little cheese on it once again. Just pure carelessness and lack of work ethics.

  Wow....very disappointed...ordered online to get "buy one get one free", when I went into store to pick up, the cashier said I had to order online to get deal...uh, I did...she stated that I didn't use special coupon...so they wouldn't honor the advertisement.

  i always have a problem with what i order. Cant have cheese on pizza and today cheese is on it. They forgot icing for cinnastix after charging me for extra ones. This is the 3rd time in a row this store has done this. Piss poor management
